Role Description

This is an on-site part-time role for a Receptionist/Optical Assistant located in Dunblane. The Receptionist/Optical Assistant will be responsible for managing front-desk activities including greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, handling customer service inquiries, and providing support in the optical dispensary. Additional duties include helping patients select eyewear, conducting preliminary eye tests, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming environment.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Optometry
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
