Job Title: Technician – Animal Care
Location: Great Yarmouth
Hours: Fractional – 21 hpw
Contract: Fixed Term to 30/04/2027
Salary: Band E - £ FTE (£12.42 per hour)

With our highly experienced and knowledgeable Animal Care Curriculum Team here at East Coast College, students' skills and knowledge are developed through a range of methods and up to date industry techniques. Offering Introduction to Animal Care Level1, Animal Care Level 2, and Animal Management Level 3, this is a great opportunity to help support our students and staff.

The role;

  • Caring for the ECC animals
  • Preparing work areas for student delivery
  • Assisting with student queries and staff need
  • Building rapport with students and encouraging their aspirations
