We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase branch profitability and market share.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff schedules, inventory control, and compliance with company policies.
  • Utilise software and records to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and community partners to enhance branch reputation and business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support staff development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on branch performance, sales figures, and operational issues for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the branch environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a sales or service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyse data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
  • A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in retail, sales management, or related fields are desirable but not essential. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
