We're a successful property developer specialising in converting residential properties into premium HMOs — and we're looking for an experienced
Telesales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound leads, with timely follow-up to prospective clients. Introducing our services accurately and professionally, with accurate tracking being essential.
  • Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities through effective conversations.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
  • Supporting the sales team with admin and daily updates to the management team.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to enhance the current portfolio.

What You'll Need

  • Proven telesales experience is essential – experience in property sales negotiation would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – particularly in Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude, the ability to work independently and the drive to succeed.

This is a
full-time position
based in our Rossendale office, with an
immediate start
. Working hours are
9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
.

Salary:
Up to £25K OTE
