Hospitality - Receptionist

Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focus on providing great food and service to customers. To do this we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued and enjoy what they do.
What you'll be doing…
- Provide reception reservations and administration support
- Meet greet clients, manage meeting rooms working closely with the hospitality team
- Organise lunches - including setting out the lunch, making tea and coffee, meeting room bookings, taxi arrangements
- Greet all callers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- To promote a professional, pro-active and positive image of the company at all times
- Assist supervisor with maintenance / general office tasks/ Health & Safety records as required
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
What can you bring?
- Excellent standard of communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills Microsoft packages
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent working in a team or alone
- Previous experience in a similar role/administration
