Job Details

We're a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for reliable, safety-minded Delivery Associates to join our routes across Avonmouth. You'll load your van, follow a pre-planned route, and deliver parcels with great customer service. We welcome drivers who need a rental van or who already own a suitable van with the right insurance.

What you'll do :

  • Load your van at the station ( loading window 10:00–11:30, approx 15–20 mins)
  • Complete a scheduled route of approximates 8–9 hours
  • Safely deliver parcels and provide excellent doorstep service
  • Use a company app for navigation, scanning and proof of delivery

What we offer :

  • Self-employed engagement – aim to offer 5 working days/week (hours not guaranteed)
  • Vans available to rent (SWB white vans, e.g., Vauxhall Vivaro) or use your own van
  • Fuel mileage reimbursement: £0.20/mile
  • Training (Classroom/Route Accompaniment) paid

  • Compensation ( Enhanced rates for VAT-registered drivers )

  • Standard Parcel - 9 Hours £170.00, if VAT registered £

  • Standard Parcel - Large Van - 9 Hours £190.00, if VAT registered £228

    - Training (CT/RA) - £121.50, if VAT registered £145.8

Who we're looking for :

  • Age 18+
  • UK driving licence (Category B)
  • ≤6 penalty points (≤9 points if you own and use your own van)
  • No active IN, DR or TT codes
  • Right to work & ID:
  • UK citizens: passport/ID (expired passport accepted)
  • International: valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport)
  • Insurance:
  • Hire & Reward insurance required for DAs renting a van or using your own van
  • Physically able to handle parcels safely and work independently

Van options :

  • Rent from us: SWB white vans (e.g., Vauxhall Vivaro). Drivers renting must be 21+ and have 1+ year UK licence plus Hire & Reward insurance.
  • Use your own van: Must be suitable for parcel delivery and covered by Hire & Reward insurance.
