We now have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Inventory Manager to join our Supply Chain Network team in Hatfield.
This role is at the heart of ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. You'll oversee inventory management across our national distribution centre (NDC), ensuring supplier performance, efficient stock movement, and delivery of key KPIs such as availability, waste reduction, and customer fulfilment.

As a Supply Chain Inventory Manager, you will:

• Use your analytical and organisational skills to manage the ordering process across the NDC assortment at SKU level - ensuring smooth product flow from suppliers to our Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal teams to optimise supply chain efficiency.
• Use data and systems intelligence to achieve key performance targets around availability, waste, and fulfilment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and supplier collaboration.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support new site launches, seasonal planning, and promotional activity.

To be successful as a Supply Chain Inventory Manager, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in supply chain, demand or inventory planning within an FMCG, retail, or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach -able to work independently and under pressure.
• A commercial mindset and a passion for improving processes, systems, and outcomes for customers.
