Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are seeking a KS1 teacher to join a Primary School in the BS20 area of Bristol on a Part-Time basis.

The Role 

You will be joining the KS1 teaching team on a Part-Time basis from September working 3 days a week. (Monday to Wednesday).

As the Class Teacher, you will join a 2 form entry school and have the opportunity to work with exceptional and a supportive team, collaborating with other Teachers and contributing to a creative curriculum to provide the best learning experience for their pupils. 

You will be expected to: 

  • Be creative and bring your initiative to the classroom. 
  • Ability to assess children's knowledge and development. 
  • Plan engaging and exciting activities to attract children to their learning. 
  • Be confident with differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all children. 
  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for the children. 
  • Work closely with the Class Teaching Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support to individual pupils.
