We are looking for highly experienced Machine Operatives with the aptitude and perseverance to succeed.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring product is compliant and to specification. Your key skills and attributes will include manufacturing experience, overseeing machinery set-up, knowledge sharing, maintenance efficiency and working to KPI's measuring and grading product quality accordingly.

Ideal candidates will be mechanically minded, good communicators and will strive to reduce downtime, stops, waste, over-weights focussing on optimal production efficiency.

Contractual hours consist of a 24/5 shift pattern working a 3-week rotation equating to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Week 1, Days: hours
  • Week 2, Nights: hours
  • Week 3, Afternoons: hours

We will offer successful candidates a full company induction, a food safety level 2 qualification, plus ongoing support from the manufacturing leadership team.
