At the Oxford Bus Group, we believe in connecting people, to work, education, social life, and their communities. As a Graphic Design Officer based in our Cowley Office, you'll play a key role in visually communicating that mission across our brands, helping us engage the communities we serve every day.

This is your chance to shape the visual identity of multiple brands including Oxford Bus Company, Thames Travel, City Sightseeing Oxford, Carousel Buses, Pulhams, and Pearces—and bring campaigns to life across print, digital, and social media.

What You'll Do:

· Design engaging marketing materials: brochures, flyers, posters, route maps, timetable leaflets, and social media content.

· Create eye-catching vehicle liveries (bus designs and graphics applied to vehicles) that reflect our brands.

· Develop graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content, including video and photography.

· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

· Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to specification.

· Support campaigns, events, and promotions with creative input and visual assets.

What We're Looking For:

· Experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across print and digital.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

· Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.

· Experience creating content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· A proactive, flexible, and positive approach, including occasional events outside standard hours.
