Dental Receptionist
role, you'll be the first point of contact for our practice - greeting patients, managing appointments, answering calls, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Main duties:

  • Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with any questions
  • Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient flow
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support the clinical team as needed

Requirements:

  • Dental reception experience is desirable
  • A patient-centred mindset and a positive attitude
  • Experience with daily cashing up/banking
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently multitask in a busy environment
