Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Clinical Trial Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day clinical trial activities, managing trial documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines, and liaising with team members and external stakeholders. Additional tasks include overseeing patient recruitment, monitoring trial progress, ensuring quality control, and preparing reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical trial coordination, research administration, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and ethical research standards
  • Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and EDC platforms is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCRP or CCRA) are a plus
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry is preferred
