Overview

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Lettings Coordinator to oversee the smooth running of our managed portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are well maintained, tenancies run efficiently, and landlords and tenants receive exceptional support and service throughout the process.

Hours

We're open to full or part time hours, between per week. As part of your application, please indicate any preferred days and hours. The salary advertised is based on 37.5 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, providing clear communication and support
  • Liaise with prospective tenants, providing detailed information and answering queries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safety checks to keep properties compliant and well maintained
  • Organise property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Coordinate tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated documentation
  • Oversee tenancy lifecycles, including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit handling
  • Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and tenant information
  • Support the lettings team with administration and office duties
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Skills

  • (Preferred) Proven experience within property management or lettings roles
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, tenants, and team members
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently whilst maintaining close collaboration with colleagues and clients
