What you'll do

  • Manage a varied caseload of probate, trusts, wills, and estate administration matters
  • Provide tailored wealth and succession planning advice, including for HNW clients
  • Work on Court of Protection matters where required
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards while protecting client and firm interests
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, generating referrals and new opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent client service

What we're looking for

  • Qualified solicitor with 4–10 years PQE in private client law
  • Demonstrated expertise in probate, trusts, wills, and estates
  • Knowledge of wealth planning and case management systems
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Leadership potential (senior solicitors) or the ambition to develop into that role (mid-level solicitors)

Education & Requirements

  • LLB, LPC or SQE (part 1 & 2) required; LLM desirable
  • English language (preferred)
  • UK work authorisation required
