We are looking to recruit additional Exam Invigilators to help with school examinations. Normal exam periods are from the beginning of May through to the middle of June and you will need to have availability during these times to be able to accept the work on offer. Experience of managing young people would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Details

  • Availability: You need to be available during main exam periods, which are usually from the beginning of May to the middle of June; some schools may also have other exam periods throughout the academic year.
  • Hours and Days: Work is offered on a casual basis, with variable hours and days based on exam demand.

Main Duties:

  • Supervising students throughout exams to ensure a controlled and fair environment.
  • Following exam room setup procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Observing students to prevent malpractice and dealing with any incidents or emergencies.
  • Collecting and returning exam paperwork, and maintaining exam security before and after sessions.
