Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with new clients. This role offers an exciting chance to work within a fast-paced environment, utilise your sales expertise, and contribute to the growth of our organisation. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new d2d sales opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and networking.
  • Manage and update customer information using Salesforce and other CRM software to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients via phone or virtual meetings.
  • Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.

Skills

  • Proficiency in telemarketing strategies and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
