We build technology to simplify hedging, specialising in providing a full suite of products that are distributed through our partner channels to SMEs.

Our mission is to use technology to bring essential financial risk management products that everyday businesses need, in a way thats easy for them to understand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Partnership Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for looking to generate leads for new partnership opportunities, onboarding new partners and identifying opportunities to increase the sales pipeline. In addition, they would manage partners at the early stages of their journey and learn to follow through a full sales process cycle.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive lead generation and actively foster new business partnerships
  • Proactively nurture leads and cultivate valuable partnerships to expand our business network
  • Effectively communicate with and manage our partners through a combination of engaging calls, compelling emails, and productive meetings
  • Spot and seize lucrative opportunities to promote and sell XHEDGE, our cutting-edge product
  • Be the first line of defence for ALT21
  • Handle administrative tasks on Salesforce to streamline operations
  • Keep high energy within the sales team
  • Adhere to company guidelines, rules, and procedures

Who You Are:

A confident individual who will share creative ideas and work closely with the BDM and BDE to encourage and support the growth of new partners.

An energetic and collaborative team player who will communicate across various departments across the business to achieve growth of the partner book and sales numbers.

There will be a cross between Sales and Credit, trading, Operations, Product, Tech and Compliance. This role will require an open mind and fast learner to grasp a basic understanding of each department in order to succeed in the sales role.

A creative thinker who is quick on their feet and open to problem-solving and has developed themselves in previous roles/experiences with regard to time management and working towards a target.

Open to enhancing their education on the finance/FX industry as well as the SaaS tech space, with the ability to educate any new prospects on basic Foreign exchange transactions via our platform.

What You Have:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Ability to work within a team and also achieve individual targets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines
  • Sales experience, anything up to a year. Mainly in order to understand the mindset of a sales candidate which include drive, determination and an openness to learn
  • Previous experience in the FinTech space, preferably as an SDR, is a plus
  • Basic knowledge on the finance industry or the tech industry is a plus
  • Previous telephone experience in other / previous roles is a plus
