Job description

Delta Systems is an engineering company in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire seeking an experienced permanent Administrator/Receptionist to join our small friendly team Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We are looking for somebody who has a minimum of 2 years admin experience with understanding of computers, in addition to be able to communicate and liaise with clients in a pleasant manner and work under pressure when required.

Duties:

Collating paperwork and data entry on to a bespoke job listing/costing system.

Sending quotations from the system using Word.

Processing jobs for authorisation and submission to accounts.

Liaising with clients for purchase orders.

Telephone and reception duties.

Using Sage 50 Accounts invoicing for holiday cover.

Various office duties including filing, topping up of the vending machine, office supplies ordering

Requirements:

Must have minimum 2 years administration experience.

Excellent telephone manner.

Confident and professional communication skills.

Good organisational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent numeracy and computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
