Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting educators and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your contributions will be essential in helping us achieve our mission of connecting talented professionals with top-tier organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in delivering educational programs and managing classroom activities.
  • Support students with special needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to enhance student understanding.
  • Collaborate with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in special education and working with children with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in education are preferred.
