Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales process, collaborating closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into tailored FP&A solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept that clearly articulate the value and capabilities of FP&A technologies.
  • Partner with the sales and technical teams to design solution architectures and proposals that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements assessments to identify opportunities for value creation and ROI through FP&A systems.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including sales collateral, RFP responses, and client workshops that support business development efforts.
  • Stay current with FP&A market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and strengthen the organization's market positioning.
  • Support the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring alignment between client expectations and implementation teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business development within FP&A, EPM, or financial systems environments.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and technologies, with the ability to translate business needs into system capabilities.
  • Accountancy qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) or financial background advantageous.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making and value-based selling.
