Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual and mid-to-long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and industry trends. Define product development direction, market expansion paths, and revenue/profit targets. Break these down into departmental execution metrics, monitor implementation progress, and dynamically adjust strategies based on market changes.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the controller systems industry. Leverage precise insights into market demands, competitor activities, and technology trends to lead product definition, planning, and iteration. Formulate differentiated product competition strategies to enhance market share and core competitiveness.
  • Establish and optimize product management systems and processes. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management (from concept, development, verification, launch, to end-of-life). Organize key decision reviews to ensure product quality and market fit.
  • Lead sales team development, building a high-performance sales organization. Define clear sales targets and performance evaluation mechanisms, guiding the team to achieve annual sales performance, collection rates, and other key indicators.
  • Oversee overall company operations. Establish and improve internal management systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and management standards.
  • Serve as the central hub for communication between China and international counterparts, utilizing fluent English to conduct cross-border business alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the controller systems industry, including at least 3 years in product management-related roles. Must have hands-on experience in the entire product process from definition, planning, launch, to iteration.
  • Deep understanding of controller industry technology trends, market demands, and competitive landscape is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise management experience, including at least 3 years specifically managing sales teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
