Data Analyst

What You'll Do

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving operational performance by:

  • Extracting and analysing data
    from SharePoint, Mercury, and D365 across multiple regions.
  • Tracking SLAs and performance metrics
    , identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Building Power BI dashboards
    to visualise trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with Operations and IT teams
    to enhance processes and ensure compliance.
  • Turning raw data into clear, business-friendly insights that drive decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with SharePoint, Mercury, and D365.
  • Proficiency in
    Power BI
    and advanced
    Excel
    (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise way.
  • Previous experience in operations or IT support analysis is a plus.
