Our client is a mid sized established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a further Residential Conveyancer to the team, as they have seen positive growth for the department again this year after their significant growth of recent years. They have a very diverse caseload, with a sense of community and teamwork in achieving results for clients and developing as a team & company.

Salary £35,000 - £42,000 + bonus

Having worked with this client for over 6 years, I have seen them progress, develop and support a wide number of employees at varying levels of technical ability in residential conveyancing.

This role is pivotal in sustaining the success, but allowing for further growth in the best way possible through strong technical ability.

Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, you will need to be confident in dealing with your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. Experience with shared ownership, equity cases, remortgages and new builds would also be advantageous but not mandatory.

The firm offer a hybrid working structure. 2 days in office.

About You:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a prior conveyancing role, managing your own caseload

* Strong technical ability, and procedural knowledge.

* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record in meeting deadlines
* Ability to work using your own initiative
* Expert communicator, with exceptional client care skills
