About The Role
An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Delivery operations team for the post of Customer Champion. Customer Champions are multi-skilled and respond to peak periods of demand in all our services, ensuring high standards are always delivered to customers.

The post assists our Customer Delivery teams in the provision of a range of customer facing services across all our key sites including, but not restricted to, Mersey Ferries (terminals and cruise events), Mersey Tunnels, Bus Stations/Travel Centres, Mann Island Concierge, Tunnel Tours and our Customer Contact Centre.

We Have Two Positions Available
1- 35 Hours Full Time

1- 28 Hours Part Time

About The Person
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude to the delivery of great customer service it varied and sometimes challenging environments.

There is a requirement to work as a part of a Team but be able to work on your own with flexibility a key skill that will be required in this exciting and dynamic role,
