Blossom Home Care is led by an experienced health and social care team, who are passionate about employing the best care assistants in Harlow and Epping and making a real difference to people's lives in our community, helping them remain independent and living in their own homes.

With longer visit times we have the time to deliver the care that people deserve, and our care staff are not rushed or stressed. We have an open culture amongst the entire team, encouraging continuous feedback and ideas to improve our service.

Epping and Harlow Care Assistant Duties:

  • Support and assist with personal care
  • Provide specialist complex care
  • Build strong relationships with the client, their family and healthcare professionals
  • Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
  • Preparing meals and feeding patients
  • Prompting and administering medication
  • Support daily tasks and activities
  • Provide physical and emotional support with hobbies and social activities

We are not offering work permits at this time.

Essential: Full driving license and access to a car and must be able to work every other weekend.

This job is also known as Healthcare Assistant, Domiciliary Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer.
