Transport Coordinator

Working in Vehicle Solutions, part of Motability Operations Limited, the UK's largest vehicle leasing company, this role involves Planning all stock arriving and departing the site, reporting into the Senior Transport Co Ordinator, the principle objective of this role is the smooth process of all vehicles arriving and departing site, liaising with transport companies on the arrival and collection of vehicles ensuring they are scheduled correctly throughout the day adhering to the transport process, supporting the Fleet Operations Department at the Coalville centre.
About YouThe ability to be able to demonstrate effective time management, the Transport co Ordinator would need to be self-organised, structured and methodical in their approach, be an effective communicator and a Team Player, as this role requires a large amount of contact with many departments.
Minimum criteria
- Excellent IT Skills – Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Previous knowledge of the motor industry would be desirable but not essential
- Previous experience of delivering results in a pressurised environment
- Full Driving Licence
