Come work for a top 20 pizzeria in the UK. This role would be perfect for those who love to make pizza, and want to make some of the best pizza in the country. We make thin and crispy pizza, in sizes 12" and 18".

Duties

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the menu and customer preferences
• Oversee meal preparation and ensure all pizzas are presented beautifully
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
• Collaborate with FOH to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in meal preparation
• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving is essential
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• A passion for food and creativity in developing new dishes

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
