IMG are hiring a Strategy and Growth Manager to join their Commercial Strategy team, this role will work strategically across varied projects for our global clients and internal initiatives, whilst working closely with the VP and SVP of Strategy and Growth.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Deliver commercial growth and strategy projects for clients — including media rights, partnership sales, market expansion, fan growth, and digital transformation.
- Structure and manage project work streams, ensuring analysis, synthesis, and recommendations are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Support the development of new consulting and advisory opportunities, helping shape proposals, client pitches, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborate across the wider IMG and TKO network to bring integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions to clients.
- Work closely with the VP and SVP of Strategy & Growth to advance the team's priorities, capabilities, and culture.
- Contribute to internal growth initiatives that explore new markets, products, or business models for IMG.
- Use analytical and commercial rigour to size opportunities, build business cases, and assess financial impact.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay across market trends and developments in sport, media, and technology — identifying their implications for clients and for IMG's business.
Knowledge And Experience
- Experience in strategy consulting or a strategy/commercial/finance role within sport, media, or entertainment.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills — comfortable leading analysis as well as structuring work for others.
- Excellent communication skills, able to craft clear and compelling narratives in written and visual form.
- Strong project management ability — balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how digital, streaming, and marketing drive growth for clients and agencies.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the confidence to work across disciplines and cultures.
- Curious, pragmatic, and motivated to contribute to a team that values impact over process.
Working Conditions
- This is a perm position.
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
