Role Overview

As a Specialist Community Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, tailored support to individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities in their own homes and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with daily living activities (e.g., meal prep, medication)
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
  • Drive clients to appointments and social activities (Driving is essential)
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver cohesive care
  • Maintain accurate records of care and progress

Essential Requirements

  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to work early, late, and weekend shifts
