VirtualRealm Ltd is seeking a Head of Business Development to lead our commercial growth in the rapidly expanding world of virtual and extended reality (VR/XR) technology.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will take charge of driving high-value client acquisition, building strong long-term relationships, and laying the foundation for a growing sales team as the company scales.
What You'll Do
Identify, approach, and secure high-value clients across sectors such as education, training, and enterprise solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Develop and implement a sales growth strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead by example — initially managing sales directly, then recruiting and mentoring a team as the company expands.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape VirtualRealm's go-to-market and partnership strategies.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally within technology, VR/XR, or digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically.
Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building and inspiring teams.
Familiarity with VR hardware, software, or immersive technologies is a strong advantage.
