**Job Advertisement: Private Special Needs Teacher**

**Location:** Sutton Coldfield

**Position:** Special Needs Qualified Teacher for Year One Student

**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM **Start Date:** Immediate

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced special needs teacher to provide one-on-one instruction for a Year One child with autism in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and a passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of the child.

  • Use appropriate teaching strategies to enhance learning and communication skills.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Monitor and assess the child's progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary.

  • Collaborate with parents and, if applicable, other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the child's education.

**Qualifications:**

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience working with children with autism or special educational needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the child's education.
