All you need is:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- 2–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or similar roles;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while paying attention to detail and accuracy;
- Upper intermediate level of English.
Your daily adventures will look like:
- Accurate and timely processing of all cash transactions, including payments, collections, and intercompany transfers;
- Developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures;
- Forecasting cash flows and liquidity needs;
- Managing bank accounts;
- Filling in payment registers;
- Accurate recording of operations in the accounting system;
- Executing foreign exchange transactions;
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams;
- Reconciliation with counterparties;
- Active participation in ad-hoc financial projects as required, contribution to the ongoing improvement of financial processes.
