Senior Account Manager/Employer Brand and Talent Attraction Specialist
I'm working with a fantastic employee-owned agency that's making waves in the talent communications, employer branding, and recruitment marketing space. They've built a reputation for delivering exceptional campaigns, and now they're looking to bring in an experienced client services professional to join their growing team.

This is the perfect opportunity if you've got a background in
employer branding, talent attraction, or recruitment marketing
(whether that's agency side or in-house) and love working with major brands on projects that genuinely move the needle.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as the trusted go-to advisor for a portfolio of key clients
  • Leading end-to-end employer brand and talent attraction campaigns
  • Building long-term client relationships and driving high-quality results
  • Collaborating with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver standout work
  • Keeping one eye on industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment comms, or talent attraction campaigns
  • Strong client relationship management skills - you'll be a safe pair of hands
  • Confident communicator with commercial awareness and analytical mindset
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable problem-solving in fast-paced environments
