Role Description

This is a full-time field based role for a Business Development Manager located within the North Yorkshire and North East region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and promoting the company's insurance products to a variety of stakeholders. The role involves strategizing to achieve sales targets, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the motor industry or insurance sector
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities for market and business analysis
  • Proficiency in presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to drive results
  • Experience in compliance or regulatory environments is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
