As a Workspace Co-Ordinator in the UK&I Corporate Real Estate team, you will be part of our central team who manage the UKI&E estate property portfolio. Your role will be to support the facilities management contract with small project work to ensure our estate is transforming into new agile working practices. Working directly with key stakeholders, you'll be supported to identify, shape and manage a better employee experience. You'll have all the support you need to lead your own work packages and work as part of Agile delivery teams.
Your Role
- Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support the delivery of projects and contract management.
- Support the workspace contract manager, and the wider programme team through the maintenance of standards for project delivery.
- Support with the performance management of supplier contracts with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Lead on minor change initiatives to the agreed workspace standards with the support of the facilities team.
- Be expected to manage, maintain, monitor, and develop systems and processes to support the efficient management of the workspace and facilities team.
- Ad Hoc project work as and when required by your line manager.
- Provide administrative assistance.
About You
- Degree level or equivalent.
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
- Clean driving license and access to a car when ad hoc travel is required (Essential).
- Ideally some experience of working within a corporate estates team or has the desire to do so.
- Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project).
- General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration within internal project teams.
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external suppliers.
- Extremely well organised with the ability to manage your own workload proactively.
- Ability and willingness to travel to all UK sites as and when required.

Security clearance
