About the Role
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and heating systems in residential properties. Your expertise will help keep homes warm, safe, and running smoothly, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality, reliable service. Whether its handling routine maintenance or diagnosing more complex issues, your experience will ensure everything works like clockwork.

Our client is part of a well-established Gas and Plumbing service provider in Bishop's Stortford. Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair domestic plumbing and heating systems
  • Diagnose and resolve faults with heating systems and boilers
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems are fully operational
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with homeowners
  • Ensure all work is completed to meet safety regulations and Gas Safe standards

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in plumbing and heating
  • Gas Safe certification (essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic heating and plumbing systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
