We're looking for a detail-driven Risk Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead core operational risk activities and provide strategic support to the Head of Risk & Compliance. You'll play a key part in shaping our risk management framework. You'll be identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across business units while ensuring effective governance and compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and document operational, strategic, and compliance risks; maintain risk registers; facilitate risk workshops; monitor key risk indicators.
- Contribute to internal risk reporting; review controls and mitigation strategies; prepare materials for risk committees.
- Build strong relationships across the business; provide guidance on risk-related matters; promote risk awareness.
- Monitor regulatory developments, support compliance monitoring and internal audits.
- Deliver risk awareness training and engage in continuous professional development.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex issues.
- Skilled in compliance monitoring, reporting, and remediation activities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support investigations with resilience and professionalism.
