About the Role

This role is primarily focused on embroidery production, operating and maintaining embroidery machines to deliver precise, top-quality results. You'll also provide support to our printing team during busy periods, ensuring seamless workflow across departments at our in house facility in Andoversford, Cheltenham (7 miles from town centre).

Your Key Responsibilities

Operate embroidery machines with speed and precision

Set up jobs based on specifications, logos, and garment types

Monitor and adjust thread tensions, colours, and placements as needed

Inspect embroidered garments for quality and consistency

Maintain embroidery machines and perform routine cleaning

Support printing production when needed (training provided)

Work closely with graphics, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate branding

Record job statuses and production notes accurately

Fold, pack, and dispatch completed orders

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in embroidery is a strong advantage, but not essential
  • Comfortable operating machinery and working with fabrics
  • Great attention to detail — especially with positioning and colour
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to support in other areas of production when needed
