We are working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking insurer to find them a Senior Reserving Analyst, supporting UK reserving, Solvency II reporting, and wider actuarial strategy.

We're looking for someone with strong reserving experience, a sharp analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach. You'll work closely with underwriting, claims, and finance teams helping to improve processes, and influence key decisions.

  • Lead quarterly reserving for key business segments
  • Support Solvency II technical provisions and capital modelling
  • Work across motor lines (personal + commercial)
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO and fleet underwriters
  • Engage with business teams to challenge assumptions and improve accuracy
  • Contribute to audits, reinsurance support, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior team members and shape process improvements

This is an excellent opportunity for a reserving analyst from a personal lines background to step into a more senior position, supporting the growth of the business.
