Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bournemouth for a Level 3 Early Years Educator. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of children. The Early Years Educator will promote creativity and exploration, ensure a safe and inclusive environment, and support children's physical, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, fostering communication with parents and caregivers, and participating in team training and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities
  • Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with relevant knowledge in early years pedagogy
  • Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and team members
  • Experience in Training and mentoring colleagues or supporting development within a team
  • Relevant early years qualifications, such as Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent
  • Ability to create a nurturing and safe learning environment
  • Understanding of safeguarding policies and child protection regulations
  • Passion for early childhood education and a child-centered approach
