Reporting to Sales Director, you will set and achieve ambitious objectives, including the following core responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within our market
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand client needs, proposing tailored solutions to drive value and growth
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals and presentations
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity, providing insightful feedback to shape our strategy
Maintain accurate records of business development activity and provide regular reports on progress
Uphold compliance and best practices across all stages of the sales lifecycle
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-focused role
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Confident presenter, able to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels
Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently and collaboratively
Experience within the HR and/or Health & Safety consultancy industry would be advantageous.
