Role Profile
Lloyd's List Intelligence is looking for a Product Manager to join its well established but rapidly expanding product team. They will be responsible for managing the development of our new Infospectrum Counterparty risk product including development, management, and enhancement of our Infospectrum product portfolio, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.
This position presents an exciting opportunity for a product manager who has experience working with data and SaaS product delivery. Our product team is growing. This role oversees Infospectrum's product portfolio, working with Analysts, Data & Technology, Marketing, and Sales to ensure customer feedback guides our roadmap. Infospectrum provides maritime due diligence and KYC services for clients in insurance, bunkering, commodity supply, shipping, and legal sectors, helping them manage risk and maximise opportunities with expert intelligence reports.
We are a customer-focused business with smart and committed people, who work in a collaborative and flexible environment. We continue to drive multi-million-pound investment into our products to build advanced, AI driven analytics solutions, leveraging machine learning and high-capacity data processing capabilities.
Continual investment delivers high growth opportunities in specific markets and building an in-depth knowledge of our customers, their workflows and associated data and analytics needs is key to success in this role. You will work with the product management team to chart the strategic product roadmap, collaborating with our Data, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Programme Management and Sales teams to ensure successful implementation.
This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Head of Product Strategy. The location of this role is flexible and could be based in London or Singapore for the right candidate.

- Conduct customer interviews to understand in detail customer workflows and how their requirements align with our wider business objectives to articulate clear and compelling product roadmaps and strategies

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and develop detailed product specifications and user stories to guide the development process
- Work in collaboration with our technology, data and development teams to manage and prioritise the backlog
- Work with data and technology teams and identify opportunities to enhance or extend existing data and analytics capabilities
- Create simple yet informative and action-led product reviews, with clear recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team, based on clear customer usage research, demonstrable benefit to the customer and evidenced by use cases
- Partner with Product Marketing to deliver compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies
