About The Role

Personal Trainer
, you'll be at the heart of our members' journeys, delivering exceptional one-to-one sessions, leading classes, and supporting transformation programmes designed to inspire lasting results.
You'll bring energy, expertise, and a passion for wellness, tailoring every session to meet the individual needs of our members while reflecting Bamford's ethos of balance, care, and connection. Working alongside our fitness and spa professionals, you'll help create a space where members feel motivated, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Fulltime, 40 hours including weekends.
Salary £26, 208,
plus commission structure
.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead daily fitness classes for members and contributing to create new and evolve existing class timetable.
- Complete gym inductions and consultation processes with new & existing members.
- Drive member participation in class attendance and overall gym use.
- Build successful relationships with members, to drive paid PT sales, while creating a 360-degree fitness journey for your clients.
- Understand and drive further service sales, such as cryotherapy and red-light therapy.
- Maintain high standards throughout the gym, including daily cleaning schedules and equipment checks.
- Support wider Club team in daily operations when required.
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
Skills You Will Bring
Qualified
Level 3 Personal Trainer.
- Ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor.
- Experience in a luxury gym or a high-end environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage and build relationships with members and guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Passion for the health, fitness and wellness industry.
- Approachable, friendly and engaging.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
