Immigration Solicitor
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: East London

Role Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on comprehensive immigration matters including visa applications, sponsorship licences, asylum claims, and appeals
  • Preparing and submitting legal documentation with full compliance to UK immigration laws and Home Office regulations
  • Representing clients at immigration tribunals and liaising with relevant authorities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and empathetic support
  • Staying current with immigration law developments to provide accurate legal advice
Key Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
    • Proven experience in Immigration Law
    • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable
  • Skills:
    • Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation abilities
    • Exceptional client care skills
    • Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases
    • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
    • Excellent organisational skills
