Role Description

This fixed term contract hybrid role, located in the northeast of England allows for a combination of onsite and remote working. The Senior Planner will be responsible for monitoring of a live construction project with one of our key clients. This is a great opportunity to work with a team to deliver a critical project on behalf of the client. The role includes short term lookahead planning, fortnightly progress reporting and formal monthly programme updates to be submitted for approval to the Employer's representative team.

Please note this role is to be based in the northeast of England due to the remote nature of the project

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in project planning, schedule development, critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies, tools, and software such as Asta Poewrproject.
  • Ability to conduct risk analysis, scenario planning, and identify potential project impacts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear updates on project progress and solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field are desirable.
  • Previous experience within the built environment sector and familiarity with preconstruction and project delivery processes is an advantage.
