Situated in picturesque Dorney, Crocus at Dorney Court aims to transform the idea of a local garden centre into a celebration of plants and nature.

We've revamped the café & Garden Centre creating a relaxed, casual setting that's full of fresh greenery and serves wholesome seasonal produce, delicious cakes and refreshing hot and cold drinks.

We are recruiting for an Operative to join our busy team.

This is a temporary role to assist with Christmas trees at Dorney Court.

The position is for weekend work in November and December 2025 only.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with moving trees
• Helping customers with their needs
• Maintaining a tidy work area
• Restocking as items sell
• Please note that this role will be predominantly outdoors and will involve a significant amount of physical activity.

Skills/Experience required

• A proven track record in a retail site which includes a plant area is essential.
• A passion for people and plants.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work outdoors in cold weather
• Must be physically fit as manual handling is required .

The role will be paid NMW (National Minimum Wage) in relation to your age bracket.
