Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Harrogate. The responsibilities include managing a team of 3 and dealing with property-related tasks, including liaising with Property owners, tenants and contractors to ensure properties are correctly maintained, repaired and modernised. You will maintain strong communication links with clients and tenants, handling enquiries and providing maintenance and repair related explanations. You will work closely with our professional team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Property Management and understanding of rudimentary property construction.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients.
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address landlord and tenant needs promptly and professionally
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software and property management tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with property regulations and laws is advantageous but not vital as training will be given.
  • Previous experience in a Estate Agency/Residential Lettings or property management environment is preferred but not essential.
