Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Drive to various locations as needed to perform cleaning tasks, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication within the team and with customers.
• A valid driving licence is essential for travel between sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
