Are you a 2025 Russell Group Graduate looking for practical experience with children?

Whether you are looking to gain child-centred experience, exploring different career pathways, or aspiring to become a Teacher – we have opportunities for Russell Group Graduates in Richmond

We are looking for a Russell Group Graduate who can:

  • Inspire young children with their academics
  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions in their specialist subject
  • Support pupils' personal development
  • Bring enthusiasm for learning and create a genuine 'love for learning'

As a Russell Group Graduate in this role, you will:

  • Be employed on a full-time basis
  • Earn £475–£525 per week
  • Gain direct experience working with subject specialists
  • Have opportunities to qualify as a teacher and progress towards QTS

  • A minimum 2:2 degree from a Russell Group University
  • Previous child-centred experience (desirable but not essential)
  • The ambition to further your career through hands-on experience in education
