Job Description –Asset / Compliance Management / Site Audit Supervisor

We are a successful business with a strong reputation in the utilities and civil engineering sectors. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to take responsibility for the management, auditing, and compliance of safety and lifting equipment across our depots and worksites.

This role will involve both office-based work at our Wimbledon head office and regular visits to operational depots and sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all equipment is managed, tracked, and maintained to the highest compliance standards through the use of internal software and structured reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all safety and lifting equipment using internal software and data sheets
  • Arrange equipment exchanges and ensure accurate asset records are maintained
  • Conduct regular site and depot audits to verify compliance and operational standards
  • Liaise with operational teams to schedule inspections and maintain audit readiness
  • Support continuous improvement of safety and asset management procedures

Requirements

Key Attributes:

  • Strong organisational and record management skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
  • Sound understanding of compliance and safety documentation
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • IT competency, particularly with MS Office

Must Have:

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar equipment, compliance, or auditing role within utilities or construction

Additional Details

  • Standard working pattern: 10-hour days
  • Office Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Site Hours: From home + 10 hours
